If you are experiencing delays more than 24-48 hours, it may be due one of the following:
1. Lost connection
If your password has changed or you are prompted to re-enter your multi-factor authentication answer, please navigate to Profile > Accounts to relink your account.
2. Downtime with your financial institution
As financial institutions perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, there may be delays in updates to your account.
Please note: If you are unable to view any information related to Transactions, Minimum, Due, Due Date, or APR, it may not be supported for third party services like Clarity Money.
